The new Yahoo messenger developed for vista is showcasing some excellent features. Nothing too mind-blowing in terms of new features. Just a lot of little great bits. The fantasy football example they use is great way to interact with groups. There is also a nice interaction with the ‘gadgets’ area. I really like the live sharing of flickr photos with your contact list. It looks almost like desktop sharing.
Overall, the look which is very similar to other yahoo widgets, is slick and engaging. Check out the demo to get the full picture.
